All consultation and coaching purchases are final unless otherwise stated in writing. If you need to reschedule a session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable resources, and online materials, all digital sales are final and non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

If courses or programs are offered, any refund eligibility will be clearly stated at the point of purchase.
